You have hired our team to design and complete a vision for your space and we ask that you do not select or purchase items because that selection may not be a fit for the design, space, or investment figure. We find the best products that fit your expectations and negotiate the best price for your project. Further, when we purchase the materials for you we then take on all the logistics and any product issues for you.

Timelines vary depending on the scope, but we guide every client through our Design Roadmap—a living document that outlines each stage of your project, from the initial consultation to final drawings and selections. This roadmap is regularly updated to reflect real-time progress and any adjustments, such as product delays, scheduling conflicts, or the time needed to make thoughtful decisions.

While we can’t control the full construction schedule or potential delays outside our scope, we collaborate closely with the builder and vendors to keep the entire team aligned. A Certified Master Kitchen and Bath Designer (CMKBD) is the highest distinction awarded by the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA), and it is earned by only a select group of professionals across the country. Achieving this title requires a minimum of 17 years of specialized experience in kitchen and bath design, completion of multiple certifications, and passing rigorous exams that assess technical knowledge, design ability, and industry best practices.

To become a CMKBD, a designer must demonstrate leadership, mentorship, and meaningful contributions to the industry, such as publishing, speaking, or mentoring others in the field.
